OMG!
last night Flick and I went to see Bullet for my Valentine, Atreyu, Avenged Sevenfold, and Behind Crimson Eyes play at the Horden Pavillion. it was SO AWESOME!
we're both BFMV and Atreyu fans, so it was great! although we didnt know some of the songs from BFMV's latest album, it was still good. the mosh pit was kinda tame, considering it was a heavy metal concert, lol!
i was surprised to see that we were nearly the youngest people there!
most of the people there were around 17-25, so yar.
lol, just before atreyu came on, this really tall dude with a massive moehawk came up to us and asked us a question, and i SWEAR i heard him say: "can i have your wallet?" and then flick goes: "yea!" and hes like: "awesome! high-five!" and then he high-fived us both and then walked off. when he was gone, i asked flick what he said and she goes: "are you guys here for Bullet [for my valentine]?" LOL! well how was i meant to know what he said?? the word "Bullet" sounds like "Wallet"!
and even though we couldnt even see the stage most of the time (coz of all the tall ppl) it was still really fun! <3
only problem was that we had a maths test the next morning, which sucked coz i was totally dead :/
lol, and avenged sevenfold deffinately overstayed their welcome, coz even after they played their last song and left the stage, everyone started cheering (flick and i were cheering coz we dont really like A7X), and then they came back and played another song! well, even though i dont really like them, i have to admit - they know how to entertain a crowd..
but anyways, it was awesome!
now im waiting for either Chiodos, Emery, Scary kids scaring kids, Pierce the veil, or even BFMV and Atreyu (again) to come to aus, coz i am SOOOO THERE!! <3
